Candace Jeffords is an excellent realtor. She came highly recommended from a relative who used her to find a home. She was very patient and easy to work with especially with my difficult schedule. She did not overwhelm me with information like my previous realtor did. She did everything on a step by step basis to make sure I understood everything as we went along. She is very knowledgeable and knows a great number of additional businesses such as law firms, inspection companies, and the nearby utilities. She made the whole process very easy as I was able to put an offer down and close within a month of my offer being accepted.

Candace made the home buying experience enjoyable and stress free! her responses to any questions and requests to view homes was almost immediate. She was extremely quick to set up tours and always had all the information available for the property at the time of arrival. She always helped to point out the most attractive features of a property, as well as any areas of concern. Before we submitted any offers, she would always provide us with comps for the surrounding area and helped ensure that we submitted a strong competitive offer. We decided we were moving out of state and had to put our house on the market within one month. It was a hectic time, but Candace and Edwin were very helpful along the way. They gave us things we had to do/documents to fill out gradually as not to overwhelm us. We didn’t have our house ready yet on the day they were to take listing pictures and were understanding and flexible with us when we had to reschedule. They helped us decide what things to do to make our house show the best way possible. Our house sold very quickly and well over asking. The house selling (and buying) process can be complex at times and they were very knowledgeable and thorough when sharing information and answering questions throughout the entire process. After my experience with other realtors, it can be hard to find one with the whole package- ones you can trust, are quick to respond, friendly, detailed, know the business, and has your best interests in mind . But I need some real estate expertise. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area and were extremely responsive to any and all questions I had. Edwin and Candace were great in helping my wife and me sell our condo in Raleigh, a process that was made difficult due to us living in Minnesota while we were selling it. He and Candace were always responsive, informative, and well-organized. They prepared suggestions for things we needed to do or could do to help the condo sell for how much we wanted, timelines for when it could sell, comps, and price points. After we took their advice in preparing the home, the condo was listed on a Tuesday, we had 3 showings on Wednesday, and 2 offers on Thursday. After negotiations (that involved great advice from both), we were under contract on Friday! Despite the quick timeframe for closing within 3 weeks from contract, Edwin and Candace really smoothed things over and helped us get everything done the right way. I don’t think we could have asked for better realtors and we were happy with their work and help in every way.
