Edwin and Candace were great in helping my wife and me sell our condo in Raleigh, a process that was made difficult due to us living in Minnesota while we were selling it. He and Candace were always responsive, informative, and well-organized. They prepared suggestions for things we needed to do or could do to help the condo sell for how much we wanted, timelines for when it could sell, comps, and price points. After we took their advice in preparing the home, the condo was listed on a Tuesday, we had 3 showings on Wednesday, and 2 offers on Thursday. After negotiations (that involved great advice from both), we were under contract on Friday! Despite the quick timeframe for closing within 3 weeks from contract, Edwin and Candace really smoothed things over and helped us get everything done the right way. I don’t think we could have asked for better realtors and we were happy with their work and help in every way.
