Working with Edwin and Candace at Yellow Dog Realty has been a wonderful experience. I was referred by a friend to utilize their services. My house was only 3 years old and was in a great location. But I need some real estate expertise. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area and were extremely responsive to any and all questions I had. I knew if I emailed them with a question, I would get an answer within an hour. They were very helpful especially during the Due Diligence period, which can be a bit stressful. I cannot say enough about my experience with Yellow Dog Realty. I plan on using them again in the near future and would not hesitate in recommending him to others.
