We decided we were moving out of state and had to put our house on the market within one month. It was a hectic time, but Candace and Edwin were very helpful along the way. They gave us things we had to do/documents to fill out gradually as not to overwhelm us. We didn’t have our house ready yet on the day they were to take listing pictures and were understanding and flexible with us when we had to reschedule. They helped us decide what things to do to make our house show the best way possible. Our house sold very quickly and well over asking. The house selling (and buying) process can be complex at times and they were very knowledgeable and thorough when sharing information and answering questions throughout the entire process. After my experience with other realtors, it can be hard to find one with the whole package- ones you can trust, are quick to respond, friendly, detailed, know the business, and has your best interests in mind .
